7. Returns and Refunds Policy
This section applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.
7.1 Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, for hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to:
Underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, or the item has been tried on or worn.
If the hygiene seal remains intact and the item is unused, you may request a return within 14 days.
7.2 Used Items
Used, worn, washed, or tried-on items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If an item is returned in a used condition, it will be rejected and may be returned to you at your expense.
Where an item is claimed to be not as described, a discretionary partial refund or store credit may be offered following inspection. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
- Used underwear
- Items with broken or missing hygiene seals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
7.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photographs
Where a fault is confirmed, you may be entitled to:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund (full or partial, depending on circumstances)
7.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- Up to 5–10 working days for processing
- Additional time for your bank or card provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7.6 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using tracked delivery
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
8. Promotions and Sale Items
Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
